Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Play and Trade Guitars (the "Sponsor") their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The triggering event for the giveaway is when Play and Trade Guitars reaches 100,000 subscribers on YouTube, so the giveaway may end sooner, or the end time may be extended until the YouTube subscriber count is reached. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
